Returns and Refunds
There are four ways you can demand a return or a full refund without any hassle.
Broken or Defective Product
We take full responsibility for any broken or defective product. If you receive such, just send us an email with a clear video or photo, brandishing the fault. The email should be sent within 15 days of reception. We will, in response, send you another product or refund the whole amount.
Incorrect Product
We stand by our fault for sending the wrong products. Either we will refund the whole amount or resend the order according to your wish. As a gesture of apology, we also issue the return shipping from our coffers.
You need to resend the order within 15 days of delivery. Remember, refunds will be partial if, upon return, the product is not in original condition, damaged, or some of the parts are missing – all not due to our fault.
Product Never Arrived
If your order has not arrived after passing the stipulated time. The same can be tracked down from our online portal. However, if tracking does not serve you for more than 10 days. Customer Dislikes the Product
If a customer dislikes a particular product, they can also return it within seven days. The refund will be ensured with a deducted shipping cost. Nonetheless, the product must be in its original condition otherwise the claim will not work, and the customer will be incurred with an additional cost of return shipping.
Things to Remember
Refunds take 5-15 days to show up in your bank accounts. If you do not receive the refund amount after the stipulated time, write us an email. We will fix the problem. However, the PayPal fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
